Although Ronnie the AC guy diagnosed our AC problem last year in August, that the time delay control relay for the blower unit was the reason our blower would not shut off, I had to request the part multiple times. Two visits from him after the part arrived and he never installed it. I was given many alternate excuses as to why my blower unit would not shut off. Although the service I received was excellent, I still had an issue with the time scheduled and the time they arrived. I spoke to Don and he worked it out with me. They do excellent work and with my issue resolved I will be calling them in the future if I need a plumber. Thank you Don!
