Friendly knowledgable staff, hardly any wait time for service. No framing offered, staff pushes to use website for photo uploads. No AI enhancement for enlargements no photoshop or cropping services in house although website has self-service crop options. Passport photo service offered.
Brought my camera lens (with carrying case), and camera flash in for consignment, but neither item sold when the consignment term expired. When I came to pick up my items, the carrying case for the lens was missing. Was told they'll try and find it but there was nothing they can do otherwise. Was disappointed they did not compensate me in any way. Note: This occurred back in 2024.
