I have been dealing with Don's for 25 and my husband had 20 years of them taking care of his needs; and I must say they are Great people they go the extra mile to make your equipment working like new!
I think these people are on drugs. There were two employees drinking on the job when I went there and the service was trashy. The girl in the front wouldn't get off her cell phone and would barely acknowledge me after sitting there taking pictures of herself. I wouldn't give this place a cent of my hard earned money and I think they should be investigated by the police.
I called around Temple at about 8:30 pm looking for parts for my daughter's nebulizer. She was having a bout of severe coughing due to asthma, and we couldn't find the parts due to house renovations. Although they had closed at 5pm, they agreed to wait for an hour for my husband to get there and pick up the parts we needed. When he got there, they didn't even charge him! We would have glad paid for the parts to avoid a trip to the ER! That goes way beyond good service! I was very impressed.
I have utilized the services of Don's Medical for several years now. I have always been favorably impressed by the treatment I have received from Don and his staff. I have also been favorably impressed with the quality of the work they've done for me. On at least one occasion, I tried to have some work done but was asked to return at a later date as they were conducting a manufacturer training session to maintain their professional skills and standing.
