We bought a used boat from Don's after recently moving to Lake Wisconsin. We don't have a vehicle that could tow a boat and have never owned a boat before. The team at Don's helped us get the boat in, get it on the lift and get us settled as new boat owners. Above and beyond service that we really appreciated.
I just wanted to thank Casey and the parts department. I called to order a part for my boat. Casey had me describe the issue and apply a fix that got me up and running WITHOUT purchasing the expensive part. Awesome knowledge and customer service. I'll be using Don's Marine again for sure!
I was there today to pickup my bass boat which the engine got some issues. they were able to troubleshoot right away and run test on it. customer service was awesome to explain me everything and concerns I have. At the end great and fast service. I would definitively bring my bass tracker again for engine issue. Thanks.
