I’m honestly shocked at how this woman acted on the phone, super unfriendly. I said I was coming in today to verify a ring off of fb marketplace and she was extremely rude about it, “ well I can’t just help you if I have a store full of customers” (with an attitude) yeah okay at 11:30 on a Tuesday in Washington I’m sure she’s swamped… I didn’t expect it to be free to verify but she took it as if I did. Don's has been my favorite jewelry store for years. The owners are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure that you're fully satisfied. I have purchased readymade jewelry and custom jewelry from Don's, as well as having precious family heirlooms cleaned and repaired, and every experience has been fantastic.
Good service
Everyone at Don’s always has the customer in the best interest in mind. They are supportive, thoughtful, and listen. As a person that is extremely particular, these guys hit it out of the park!
