Great service and a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. I've had repairs done on a clock and a necklace and both were done efficiently and perfectly. I like that they are family owned and active in their community too.
My husband bought my engagement ring here back in 2021. 5 years later we were in town visiting from where we live now in Florida, and they happily polished and cleaned my ring at no charge. Customer service 10/10. Very happy to have that be where we can come back to anytime we need something for my ring.
They repaired a set of pearls and a diamond necklace, did a great job
