Absolutely terrible experience at Don’s Industrial Radiator Services. I brought my car in to get the A/C unit replaced, and what should have been a straightforward job turned into a disaster. First, they broke a bolt during the repair—and instead of taking responsibility, I was forced to pay $600 out of pocket to replace it just to get the job done. I had a fitting on the oil cooler off my hybrid Chevy truck that I went to 4 different shops all said nope couldn't do it not only did Don's get it done but even after I told them the opposite direction the fitting went they didn't charge me twice to reweld it the right direction I am thankful I highly recommend Don's radiator the nicest group of gentleman from the top of the ladder on down guy's have my respect an business

Thank you guys for taking care of my wife's A/C on her BMW. One of the best experiences I have dealt with. The most down to earth and friendliest staff in the auto business. I will be returning for future repairs. Highly recommend.
