Tyler came by to look at our failing AC. He was thorough, efficient and even highlighted issues with our furnace. Quite professional in providing his services and gave us an idea of next steps. I am revising my review to a 1 star because of the lack of after care and absolute terrible followup to our issues. I have called, emailed and no one had reached out to address our issues. Failure to provide a thermostat as agreed, failure to put a service ticket on the equipment, left dangerous debris which could've cut someone.
Aaron came out today to help uninstall an old gas stove and install a new one, as well as insulate pipes. He went above and beyond, and was very professional and friendly.

Tarinder was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Very professional and polite.
Tyler tuned my heat pump and then took the time to answer all my questions about my HVAC, water softener, boiler, hot water tank, etc. I’ll definitely be using Don’s Heating and Cooling for ongoing maintenance.
