Dons heating and cooling came out and got my breezair air conditioner running in less than an hour and a half, when I had another company work on it for 5 weeks and couldn't get it running. A big thank you to Dons heating and cooling. I highly recommend them.
I was a dissatisfied customer. I had my side of the story and I was angry. Don called personally, was professional, and sent somebody to fix my problem immediately. A+ professionalism
All I can say is wow!! They went above and beyond for my family fixing our heat before winter. Highly recommend them! Professional, polite, punctual plus more.
DO NOT recommend. Don’s does shoddy work (see pics) but what’s worse is Don thinks it’s ok to yell at customers (me) when I questioned why he ran a waterline down my roof then down the side my house. The cooler they replaced had a line going straight down to the water heater that was simple to winterize and hidden unlike this ugly mess. I had to ask him to leave
