I had an appointment, the person never showed up; I called to tell them that he did not show; It is one week later and I have NEVER heard from anyone EVER!! I tried to order a part, they never got back to me on the availability. I went back two weeks later and they "forgot" to call me. The one woman has been in the front office for many years is VERY arrogant and rude. Go to Rex Glass and be treated like a human instead of an animal!
