Thank God for Dons Guradge Last Tuesday my mom calls me and tells me her car is shiting weird so I told her to drop it at Don's. I gave her my truck and drove my Jeep and the brakes went out in it. Turns out the transmition went out in the car and dons got it covered under the warenty even though the warentee had expired six months ago. Very Poor Service I recently had the misfortune of being involved in an issue with Donâs Garage. They made a mistake with a routine oil change that caused an elderly coupleâs engine to fail. They refused to stand behind their work. Several attempts have been made to try to work out an amicable solution, but Kevin and Dorian refuse to do the right thing and fix this elderly coupleâs vehicle. It is unfortunate because the couple felt they could trust Donâs Garage.
I came here for a second opinion and VERY glad I did. Saved a lot of money, much better service and a friendly staff. Don's Garage is definitely my "Go To" place from now on for any needed repairs.
Elderly beware! This garage will take advantage of you! When your engine fails due to lack of oil 4 miles after an oil change at their garage, they will present you with a $3,700 bill to repair their mistakes.
