The only place in Charlottesville I depend on to pick flowers and deliver flowers on my behalf!! Don's Florist is BY FAR the best in town, and I have used them for years!!! They have never let me down!
I placed an order to be delivered on a Saturday, and it was not delivered until Monday. On top of that, the bouquet that was delivered was NOTHING like the picture on the website. It was much smaller and was almost entirely made of different flowers than those listed on their site, and definitely not worth the $70 I spent. I tried to reach out to explain the issue and left both a voicemail and email and have yet to get in contact with anyone. Very disappointed.
I have had two wonderful experiences with Don’s! One when I received a Christmas arrangement and one when I sent an arrangement. I will definitely be using them again! Excellent service and beautiful flower arrangements!

I decided to send flowers to my son's girlfriend at the spur of the moment. I placed the order with Don's Florist online and within an hour, my sweet girl called to thank me for the lovely surprise. She sent me a picture of the flowers and they were so beautiful! Thank you for the Amazing service!
