Last minute birthday delivery for our 21 yr old. (2) hrs prior to them closing. WHEW! Jill and the designer saved the day for Nana & Popi! Don's florist definietly our florist of choice in Charlottesville! 5 Stars All The Way ( actually 10 stars) thank you Pat Carter
They did not deliver the balloons I paid for, and the flowers were in a different container than pictured online, not the deluxe size, and in general were substantially different than pictured online . The delivery process was also more complicated than it should have been.
World class flower shop! Very impressed with the floral arrangement I received. Its just stunning! Really easy and friendly customer service. I saw its local and family owned. Great experience. Thanks Brad and Natalie!
Got charged twice and of course now the company is radio silent... Edit: due to the company not answering in regards to charging us twice for one bouquet, we had to file a dispute with the card company. Big surprise this scam of a company is trying to state that is false. Bank records don't lie. Clearly they are not honest or reliable. The negative comments speak for themselves as this company takes your money and give you a mediocre product. Great florist! Had an issue where we provided the wrong address and the owner was very understanding and calm (even in the midst of me thinking they had messed up). Totally my fault and they made it right - would use them again!!
