The first photo is what I ordered. The second is what my aunt received. Although they are pretty. They are not anywhere close to what was ordered and paid for.
I ordered my recently widowed 82 yr old mother flowers for Easter from KY. The delivery driver never knocked on the door and it was nothing like ordered. Flowers were in a vase, not a basket and were half dead. I have reached out to Don's 3 times, left a voice message and nothing back. Very poor customer service!! I have used them before several times. My mom and I even take them vases and baskets that she has an abundance of. Not anymore! I was very disappointed with the arrangement I ordered. It was for a funeral and was NOTHING like what I ordered . I ordered an all white arrangement with an angel and they delivered multi colored flowers in a vase. At the same funeral another family had the exact same experience with Dons. So disappointing!
Great Flowers, but they forgot my chocolate box I paid for. I never got reimbursed.
