the organization of the loading/unloading process is excellent, when entering you scan the QR code and follow the instructions, but the waiting time can take 5 hours, I've been here 2 times already and twice I spent 4.5-5 hours to get the door and unload the trailer. I do not recommend going here if you have the opportunity to pass by

HORRIBLE HORROR STORY OF WAITING. LITERALLY THE WHOLE DAY BRING LUNCH AND DINNER IF YOU GET HERE EARLY. NOT A JOKE.

CHECKED IN 3:05PM FOR 4PM APPT. LOADED AT 10PM. AFTER PULLING OUT FROM DOCK THEY CAME OUT AND SAID THEY LOADED THE WRONG PRODUCT. TOLD TO BACK IN AGAIN TO OFFLOAD THE PRODUCT AND RELOAD THE CORRECT PRODUCT. STILL HERE AT MIDNIGHT. THESE PEOPLE ARE BRAINDEAD.

Do not pack just a lunch. Make sure you pack Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner. You will have time to eat all day especially when they have you sit for a dock. Arrived at 12:00am, Appointment time at 18:00, Checked in at 16:48, Out the next day at 1:38am in the morning. Don't worry about overnight parking for the night, Just hop into one of them empty spots. They will have you well taken care especially if your on Elog! NOTE: Make sure you go to sleep in the dock if you have an early AM appointment the next day.
