My appointment was at 1:00pm got here on time at 4pm they got me a door an still ant start loading me make sure you have patience
Was late a about an hour for pick up I had appointment for 10 AM reached at 11 AM was labeled as late but around 12:30. I got the door for pick up and was out by 2 PM. so check in and check out it takes three hours.
The driver check-in office is Aggressive in appearance and hostile. Smells like cheap old trash bags. It's so bright and painfully blue in that room you have to wear sunglasses. Drivers beware you will get a headache from being in that room.
Terrible service. 11:30 appt. Check in at 11:24. Has been over 8 hours and still nothing happening. They won’t estimate or help at all. Other Don’s are a complete different experience to this incompetence.
