I checked in online their system was showing that I already checked but when I went to the office after few hours to ask them why I am not receiving door #. They said you are not checked in. Very bad management. I will never book loads from this company.

Checked in at 9:48 pm for a 10:00 pm appointment it is now 7:30 am no dock door and am already late for my delivery!
Drivers stay away from this place , i repeat stay away. I been here since 3:00 pm yet its 10:00 and i still havnt got a dock, its 60 more trucks here also, we all have the same appointment.
Si puedes evitar venir a este lugar mejor. Me hacen esperar 6 malditas horas para cargarme. No recomendado para nada.
