It seems it's hit or miss. My experience is positive and i can't give them a bad review. My appointment for a pick up was for 7:30am, I checked in 6:32am. Dock was given to me at 6:50am. I had BOL in my hands and ready to go at 9:02am. Getting loaded for 1h30min from the appointment time is reasonable. I'll say this,when i got there there were trucks waiting and when I left they were still there, so I don't know......maybe I was lucky. Good luck.

This shit is beyond ridiculous. Appointment was at 16:30. I checked in at 16:08. Didn't get a door until 22:38. Didn't get loaded until 1:16 AM the next morning. Only to find out they loaded the wrong product. They moved me to another door at approximately 1:45 to offload and reload and I'm still on the door at 3:07 AM and counting. Again this is beyond ridiculous.

So I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment. There's a QRcode they want you to use for driver's shipping or receiving. I tried using the stupid app and it said my information was wrong. It said wait for assistance. Then after a while it told me to go inside the office. Went inside the office and they made me fill out paperwork. Then they proceed to tell me I was 22 minutes.
