I called Don's to do a project I'm not saying it's his fault I kind of procrastinated but I kept in contact but what I'm really upset with is Don doesn't call you back he doesn't text you back he called the shop they don't answer it's ridiculous it truly is ridiculous and how we got a five-star rating I'm going to have to disagree with that because if it happened to me... Don & Nancy are wonderful. Very professional, kind and helpful. Don did a great job on a birthday 🎂 gift for a special friend. This was our first visit and we will be back! Definitely letting our family and friends know about this awesome woodworking shop!
