Make sure to set your reefer to the required temperature before you arrive at the pickup location. Otherwise they will NOT let you check in or get you door
Extremely slow place to load and unload. Had 2 trucks, 1 picking up and 1 delivering. Pickup waited for 7 hours and left because was not able to make delivery on time anymore. Delivery truck waited for 13 hours to get empty. Do not waste Your time here. Never coming back.
This place is worthless most terrible place to ever unload I been waiting for 11 hours and still waiting…. My dispatch has agreed we won’t be coming back here they need men working here instead Of kids that don’t have a clue
I had a loading appointment here on June 27th, and everything went well. I arrived at 8:00 AM, got a dock door at 8:30 AM, and loading was completed by 11:10 AM; the whole process was smooth and excellent. However, the only downside to this warehouse was the employee at the check-in office; she was extremely rude. I don't know if she’s working without pay or what, but her rude attitude reflects poorly on Don's Cold Storage.
