Zero stars could not be selected. This is honestly one of the worst places I've picked up from. Arrived at 10:15am on Sunday for an 11:45am apt. Was told that my apt is actually 12:45pm and I can't check in until after 11:45am. Checked in at 11:50am. Tried multiple times for updates with no luck. Finally spoke to lady at shipping window at 5:25pm, which had limited words but said I should be getting a dock shortly. Finally got a dock at 6:05pm. Started loading at 8:15pm.
