High priced for half a$$ed cleaning. Called for chimney inspection. He took a quick glance and without asking if I wanted it cleaned started bringing in cleaning equipment. Small brush didn’t contact sides of flue so only bottom 2’ were actually cleaned. Lesson learned. Won’t call them again.
Called and he rudely told me no then as I was talking still decided to hang up the phone - very poor customer service n would never want to give him my money
I had a vastly different experience than most of the other reviews. From the moment he opened his mouth, he was unprofessional and just down right rude. He and his partner showed up almost an hour early with no call. He did not greet me but instead told me to put up my leashed dog that was sitting beside me. His crew refused to wear a mask while talking to me and my high risk mother. He began storming off claiming that he can't work with a mask, got irate and said I could find someone else.
