I used this company to come and service my home and unfortunately I was cheated. Whatever work they did after a week stopped working. When I called to get help no one was reachable. They use a call center. And unfortunately there’s no manager or person who can help you. I called numerous times and left messages with various representative and I was promised I’d get a call back however, I was never Followed up with. Great experience with Don's Chimney & Air Duct Service! The technicians were courteous and efficient, and my air ducts look brand new. Definitely recommend their services.
He was very friendly and knowledgeable in his field. He made his recommendations but didn’t push them which I really appreciated. Reasonably priced and I will be happy to have him back next time I need something done.
I am very impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and friendliness. I highly recommend.
