dishonest people about the work to be done and was lied to about submitting paerwork no communication no phone calls when the work on the vehicle has changed pointed fingers at the consumer when there was a lack of communication or changes felt taken advantage took a week and a half for them to fix a bumper....not replace would give them one star and not recommend
This is the worst body shop I have ever used. They have had my car a month now for what was estimated at a 7 day repair and it’s still not completed. My car is a 2013 Chevy Malibu there is NO reason it should take that long to complete the repairs. He would not even give me a loaner car or reimburse me for any of the extra rental days that I am stuck having to pay due the the unprofessional business they run!
