Very honest place to do business with.
Very professional and hospitable! I walked in needing a battery install! Don’s Auto Body was able to install! Great team! I’ll be back if I need any additional work on my car in the future!
It would not let me respond to the review so I had to leave another. State Farm actually recommended me to take it to another shop. I did and they found problems with your fixes, and I had to get more things done. You guys replaced my radiator without putting any coolant in the car and drove it around like that. That’s unacceptable. So you obviously weren’t doing everything correct. So thank you to the shop that helped me fix your mess.
I 100% regret my decision to bring my car to Dons. They are money hungry and want to fix what benefits them and not the car. They tried to withhold information of how they valued the car and were defensive when I tried to receive information. The lack of customer service skills is deplorable. They tried to say stuff was not related when it is. Please you will be 100% more satisfied if you take the car somewhere else.
