If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR to this fake BODY SHOP! Took a Kia Forte that only had damage to rear passenger door that was only supposed to take a week to be repaired. It took them over a month and when the vehicle was picked up the car wouldn't start and the check engine light was on. Dennis kept saying it was the battery and to take it to OReilly- went to OReilly and was told it was trouble with the engine. Recently had a horrible experience with this autobody shop. We inquired how long it would take to have autobody work done on the vehicle and was told 7 days. 7 days turned into a whole month with little communication from the autobody shop. We were only told that a part was on backorder when we reached out. Go today to pick up a car that is supposed to be ready and a check engine light is on and the car will not start. The folks at Don's were great! They were understanding and resourceful in a difficult time. Let's face it, having to use a body shop isn't tops on anyone's list of, "Things I love to do!" Especially if it's a truck or van that's used for work. 5 stars! These are good people at Don's and their work was fantastic!

Don's Body shop took care of me after an unanticipated collision. Originally found them through state farm for assessing and getting automatically approved repairs. The got me in within 48 hours of first contact, took ~3-4 weeks to get major body damage repaired. Throughout the process, they were easy to get in touch with, sent updated quotes to itemize the cost of each repair, and were transparent with what things were needed.
