I originally called him for towing, which turned into him being an amazing, knowledgeable mechanic for my car trouble! Very respectful, and so kind! Reasonable rates. I highly recommend him! I would highly recommend Dons Big Island Towing to anyone needing help with their car. Don came to Volcano National Park to fix our flat tire and he saved the day! Very competent, reasonable pricing and amazing customer service. The Dollar Rental Car Roadside assistance rep wanted to send a tow truck from Hilo and tow the car back to where we started this morning. It would have set us back at least 5 or 6 hours.
