Talk about phenomenal customer service. I found Don’s at Redlands after getting fitted by Mike. But everyone at the store has been exceptionally friendly and give great advice on upgrades and repairs for my 2012 Specialized Allez. The service center also shines with their great work and tune ups. 10/10 no notes.
didnt feel welcomed and was looked at weird by employees. cool shop but the employees don’t care about their customers at leastcertain ones.
If there was such a jingle that existed, it would be something Like, “Don’s is the Place with the Helpful Hardware Folks.”
