Learned I have a bad driveway for tow trucks (narrow and an awning) but he got it out anyway! Had to be a little creative as my car could not be driven at all. Needed my car towed to a mechanic. Waited about two hours after placing the call (reasonable for a same day emergency tow). Took it to a shop about half a mile away. Paid 106.50 after tax which is basically just a hook fee.
They do great work. Always friendly.
Great service
I had a horrible experience with Don’s Auto & Truck Service. They towed my car from in front of my own house, claiming it was ‘abandoned,’ which was completely false. When I called to inquire about the $400 towing fee, the person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, even mocking me by saying I was ‘crying’ about the price.
