PLEASE READ: Old owners were great. Don and Joe knew how to run the place and didn’t rip their customers off. I took my truck in for repairs due to it veering a couple weeks ago. Figured it needed a balance and alignment done. Nope, the tires were over worn. Fine. Got new tires. Went to pick it up, and notice the driver window half way down and the manager standing there disassembling my door. In short..prompt, friendly, reliable service, honest, no pressure and upsale tactics!! Long version...I called Don's late in the afternoon to see what availability they had to run diagnostic on my silverado for an ongoing issue that had previously been looked at multiple times with the dealer.
