These people told us they could fix our Audi. Instead they damaged it to the tune of over $1200 on the bearings. When we demanded they make good they sent us a check for a fraction of what we paid. The check bounced! Don’t know how they get away with their horrible service.
Don’s is the best. They always take great care of my car. They also have a heart. My dog was sick and I need to change the time of my appointment. Even though they were crazy busy they fit me in and wished me luck with my dog at the end. It’s nice to take your car to a place with people who care about you. Thanks Dons Auto.
Scott and James are both very easy to communicate with, and understood my goal for my car repairs. What a joy and they were referred by a competitor!
Don’s Auto is awesome. I had a last minute issue with my car and I was 6 hours from home. Scott squeezed me in for an appointment same-day and took care of the issue. Super kind and professional folks.
