Been using this place for a couple years now. Mostly normal maintenance and no issues till recently. You can tell alot about a man by how they handle their mistakes. My man Korban down there is calm, collected and values his customers. We had a little mishap where some work got missed when I had taken my vehicle in. Couldn't have been at a worse time because I was leaving in a few days for a very important doctor's appointment, many hours away. Got a wheel alignment fast service (overpriced) I would have to agree with many others about the lady that works up front... rude!!! Gotta go, bad for business. Won't be back for that reason only
Corbin had a good way of handling things. It felt like a small business where word travels fast. He laid out what made sense, kept it honest, and didn’t try to sell extras.
Good car work but they should enter a contest of worst desk customer service worker of the year lol. It's insane how their front desk woman talks to people like they're a giant inconvenience. Dropped it off at 1pm, hadn't heard anything by 430, and when calling to ask if it will be done today the woman talked to me like I was scum. Just wanted to know if I needed to plan a ride home. 3 people recommended different mechanics today and I will BE sure to use them from now on.
We talked about a driverside rear tire. They are friendly people.
