The Delta location has serviced my Kia Soul and most recently my Toyota Highlander. I lazily took my Toyota to a Valvoline Instant location for a “quick” oil change and radiator flush and pulled away from there with a leaking radiator. This wasn’t a quick resolution. However David, at Don’s on Delta, not only calmed me down about during the frustrating claims process with Valvoline but went above and beyond to speak with them on multiple occasions to make getting my repair done as seamless as possible. Great service and experience. I took my 2012 Jetta in without an appointment after check engine and EPC lights came up on the dash. They diagnosed the problem quickly, communicated well, ordered the necessary parts (new throttle body), and replaced it all in the same day. My car is running great! It was not cheap, but the price seemed fair considering their great service, communication, and quality of work. I highly recommend this shop and know exactly where to take my car next time.
Didn’t end up getting work done here due to scope of what was required (exhaust welding work) which is totally understandable. The work my car needed was better suited for a specialized exhaust shop. BUT, the folks here are honest and seem to take very good care of their customers! They got me in for an estimate and were communicative throughout! Recommend for a great experience! Thank you!
