Don’s is my only hope to repair my 1985 T-Bird. My parents bought this care new and it only has 40,000 miles. I am having the electrical repaired after a squirrel or mouse at it. Jacob is very busy but said they will get to it soon. The woman at the office answering the phone has been keeping me up to date.
I had lost 3 loved ones, when I took my car in. They replaced a brand new strut I had just paid to have installed and replaced it with a brand new strut a friend had bought me laying in the back seat, then charged me 800.00. It wasn't even the side of the car that was having a problem. He owes me my money back! Do not trust them. Staffs lack of communication with each other
I am a disabled veteran 27 years old and I came to this place with 5000 dollars and a brand new engine. I asked this crook to replace my old engine. this is a no brainer in any mechanics book. Don's auto did such a bad job, parts were falling off the car when I picked it up so I took it back and they made things worse! The car is now in another shop being fixed because of the horrible job Don's auto did.
