I called over the phone requiring politely if brake services were available. Told the guy I didn’t have a ride scheduled and was chastised for it over suggesting I could sit down and read a book for a while somewhere and it wasn’t a problem. Horrible mechanic. He took 900+ dollars from me and he never fixed my problem. I took my car back to him, he kept it for a few days. When I picked it up I almost did not make it home. When I asked him about it, he basically washed his hands of it and said he could NOT figure out the problem. I wish he would of offered some of my money back at least.

I was traveling from Utah to Michigan and my car engine light started blinking. I called 5 other mechanics and no one gave an appointment. I called Dons with very little expectation, he agreed to take a look right away. He diagnosed the issues and said it will take 1-2hrs. He called back not even 40min after and said it’s done. His attitude was super friendly and his work super fast. I am very pleased with his service. He sounded very competent and know what he was doing. He was like an angel on the road
