I took my Pathfinder in with a punctured radiator and broken core support (I don’t want to talk about how that happened). Since regular repair shops won’t touch core supports, I had to go with a body shop, and with the recent hail I figured I’d be waiting weeks on end. Dons fixed a severly dented panel, fuel pipe, and truck bed on my Tucoma. Customer service updated me regularly on the trucks status. The techs went above and beyond with the work required for the repairs. They finished the work ahead of schedule. From start to finish they did a great job! My thanks to the staff at Dons
Can't express how fantastic this shop is! The communication through the entire process was outstanding. Danielle is on it, responds quickly and efficiently. Our first time here and hopefully we don't have to return soon but if we did, I know they would take care of our needs! 10 out 10 💯% recommend.
I’m very happy with everything from start to end! I had my car repaired for hail damage and was picky about finding someone I could trust. I found Don’s and I would go back for any future car work. They did everything very quickly( 1 week) and all of the people were knowledgeable and very nice. They handled all the insurance information and even offered to help with rental car.
