I brought in my car to get hail damage fixed. I knew they were busy, but they kept me updated the entire time on the process. Such kind people who answered all my questions and very communicative throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Don’s Autobody!
I took my Pathfinder in with a punctured radiator and broken core support (I don’t want to talk about how that happened). Since regular repair shops won’t touch core supports, I had to go with a body shop, and with the recent hail I figured I’d be waiting weeks on end. Dons fixed a severly dented panel, fuel pipe, and truck bed on my Tucoma. Customer service updated me regularly on the trucks status. The techs went above and beyond with the work required for the repairs. They finished the work ahead of schedule. From start to finish they did a great job! My thanks to the staff at Dons
Can't express how fantastic this shop is! The communication through the entire process was outstanding. Danielle is on it, responds quickly and efficiently. Our first time here and hopefully we don't have to return soon but if we did, I know they would take care of our needs! 10 out 10 💯% recommend.
