Tim was quick to respond and was able to deliver it the same day. He was awesome and we will be purchasing the rest of our appliances through him. Update: He was great at what I reviewed previously with 5 stars when we purchased in August and he has completely lost our business forever. He mentioned that if there was every any issues to call and he will come out and fix it and said his priority is taking care of his customers. Ashley was great and helped us so much yesterday. She wrote up the order got a delivery date for us today. The men came and delivered the refrigerator today very prompt and nice as well. Very pleased with service so far. Duggar’s will definitely be getting more business from us in the future

Cheryl on BirdEye Had a great experience with the delivery of our new GE washing machine from Don's Appliance in Canonsburg, PA. Our deli guys Jhonny & Aniel *D32 did a wonderful, professional, flawless delivery to our home. Thank you Don's Appliance and our delivery guys. We were very satisfied. Thank you! Good Service is difficult to get these days. Keep up the good work.

I have been very happy with my experience since I bought a stove at Don's. The salesman was very helpful & showed me a great LG stove. It was delivered in a reasonable amount of time which seems to be unusual at this time of our lives. I have been able to consult with Chef Anthony on how to use the convection oven & he even came to my home. Great people to work with.

Purchased a full LG kitchen package after having delivery issues with a big box store. The range, microwave, and dishwasher look and work great. The refrigerator does not cool! First repair visit the tech did not want to take apart a brand new refrigerator as it had cooled some. Second repair visit diagnosed the problem but had to order a part. Now at week three and they aren't sure when the part will be in but if it comes in we are out of luck because the technician is booked!!! Our sales guy Joe didn't want to speak ... read more

I contacted Dons Appliance Service regarding my refrigerator..we had been out of town and refrigerator section had quit working...The woman who answered the phone said he was on a delivery but would call me when he returned... That was 7 days ago.

Had a great experience with Don's Appliances! They had exactly what I needed. Ordered the refrigerator on Saturday and had it Monday morning! The delivery process was fantastic. Was able to track the driver so I knew almost exactly when they would arrive. The delivery guys were so polite and we're extremely considerate and cautious moving the refrigerator in and taking my old one out. Moved to the area recently refrigerator bit the dust. Great price had the refrigerator the next day. Delivery guys were great, removed packing material. Very please.

I had the best service ever from Duggans! Purchased my washing machine from Joe, over the phone! Had it delivered and installed in 3 days with two of the neatest and COVID conscious installers! Masked and respectful! I can't say enough good things about this company!! Thank you!
