Tim was quick to respond and was able to deliver it the same day. He was awesome and we will be purchasing the rest of our appliances through him. Update: He was great at what I reviewed previously with 5 stars when we purchased in August and he has completely lost our business forever. He mentioned that if there was every any issues to call and he will come out and fix it and said his priority is taking care of his customers. I contacted Dons Appliance Service regarding my refrigerator..we had been out of town and refrigerator section had quit working...The woman who answered the phone said he was on a delivery but would call me when he returned... That was 7 days ago.
