got a new AC installed at the best price around. brian was easy to work with and the job was done in about five hours start to finish . very happy
Had an A/C unit that was running but not cooling. Called for service on a hot day expecting a long wait. Was asked some quick questions about the problem and was told they had a team near my area. One of their techs would see me shortly. In less than 30 min. He was there, put in freon and leak detector,. Found the leak, repaired it, and I was cool again. The service cost was reasonable - Freon R-22 is being taxed by the government so it cost a bunch, but the labor was very reasonable. Thanks!
First we wait two weeks for a service call a tech finally showed. Some reasons were given and somehow we accepted it and moved on. One month later. ac out again. They replace a fuse and leave. They didnt fix the problem causing the issue. Days later the system starts hissing. It was A valve leak they told me. So the tech Brian then tells me that he cant get the part yet . We made a service call to reduce dust in our house. Don made a recommendation for a UV Filter unit that reduces dust and microbes... In less than 30 min. his tech had it installed and it really works well.
I called them up asking them to come check out our central air unit which was not working. The technician came out 20 mins later and began to look at what was wrong. After thoroughly checking everything out, he discovered all that was wrong was the cord to our condensation pump was disconnected. The technician was very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs help with their AC unit
