Outstanding customer support. I next day air shipped a new inverter/charger. I arrived next morning. As I was installing the case ground stud sheered off. I called Glen at DonRowe and he quickly contacted manufacturer. It was late on a Friday of a long holiday. Bought an inverter charger for my boat from Don Rowe.All I can say is what a joy to deal with from start to finish. Exceeded any and all expectations. First Great Price. Super fast shipping. Ordered a new Magnum MM1512AE inverter/charger. Took longer to get it installed than I anticipated, but when I installed it I found out the A/C board was bad (per Magnum service). Magnum does not have the boards available so I'm stuck with a brand new inverter that is worthless. No help whatsoever from Don Rowe. Buy your inverter from someone else. On Edit! Wow! Great customer service. I am very satisfied as they met all my wishes as a customer, I got the color option I wanted, I received a sale price, and this item was exactly what I was looking for. Great company from what I have read and researched.
I was amazed at the level of service and what I consider fair pricing from this small company. I was installing a solar system on my RV, completely over my head, so it was a relief to find a company that not only did not attempt to take advantage of my inexperience, they were like dealing with a friend.
