Great service. The printout helped me plan for repairs in advance.
Chose Ulmer’s because it was local and has a very good reputation. The service department at my car dealership recommended some things that seemed questionable. Went to Ulmer’s for a second opinion. They recommended a much cheaper solution, got me in within 24 hours, and fixed the problem. Better service, less expensive and trustworthy. Pretty good combination! I won’t be going back to that dealership for service.
Awesome experience in getting a pre-purchase inspection, from friendliness and knowledge of front desk person to the inspection, which was very thorough. Greatly satisfied with Ulmer’s service, timeliness, and knowledge. Will DEFINITELY use them for other maintenance services going forward!
Had a sudden problem with my exhaust system. These guys got me in quickly. Never been here before but will definitely return. These people are top notch from beginning to end. Honest interactions and very fair pricing. Definitely recommend.
After recent experience, will NEVER use Ulmer's again. Had vehicle looked at for a small engine leak. Cost $125 for oil leak inspection!!!!!!! Cause of leak? Oil Filter was leaking at seal. That cost $125? Fix: Replace oil filter, which they charged me an additional $6 for the new filter! Absolutely crazy, by the way they determined by SVU could use an additional $475 in repairs and service. Did not have that done!
