Ken doesn’t miss a beat! His communication is excellent and he pays amazing attention to details. He recognized a traffic delay in picking us up at the airport and had two drivers meet us so our time was not affected. Also, he was the only service that brought my attention for the need of car seats for our granddaughters. Our family was very pleased with Ken and Sammy, our first driver. Thank you Ken!!
