Air-con wasn’t working on a very hot day as we were on route BNE-Iluka. Called at last minute Mark without fuss accomodation us the next morning. Very professional, knowledgeable and communicated well. Mark was honest, friendly and straight to the point kind of person. Took 30 minutes and very reasonable in his rates. I will not hesitate to come here from Brisbane if other mechanics cannot fix it next time. Thank you Mark.
