We love Donovan! Prompt and kind, from scheduling to service. I particularly appreciate that they send a picture and short bio of the technician coming. The technicians themselves are consistently kind and honest. I really trust these folks with the care of our home!
Danni is the BOMB! On my first Thanksgiving in my new home I had a major backup and 30 guests arriving. Danni came over that morning and saved the day!!! Most recently she fixed a major pluming issue (Austin was on the job, he is also awesome) and ensured we had water running over the weekend. Highly recommend this company.
I had a great experience with Donavon Works! They were very accommodating and worked around my crazy schedule to get my estimate completed. The technicians were kind, professional, and very informative. The pricing was fair and easy to understand, and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me or replace my entire sink and faucet when all I needed was a valve removed and replaced.
