Great response time. And most of all great customer service. 10/31/25 (Added review.) I just want to send a “shout out” to Donovan WaterWorks admin person, Ashley. I had a question about a service/part, and Ashley was right on the ball. She said would find out the information that was needed, and would call me back. And she sure did!! There was none of this waiting around for a response, as we all have gotten with so many other companies. I really appreciate this customer service. Call Donovan Plumbing today! Anna and Sophia exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I liked having them in my home (I’ve never said that about any plumber!) and appreciated the protective foot covers and other efforts made to keep my space clean while they fixed the pipes. I continue to use Donavon Water Works for their excellent customer service. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and reasonable pricing. Just had valve repaired to hook up my new washer. The technician was so pleasant and repaired it quickly. The office secretary was so helpful with scheduling and updates. Thank you!!!
