Dreadful. Handled my property as if it was something he loathed. Neglected my needs completely. Disrespected my family. Was late and a very incompetent person. Had no idea what he was doing. This man clearly hates his job. Regrettably, I had to deal with Justin. I would avoid asking for him every time I required a plumbing task done.

I called this company on Sunday to have them contact me on Monday regarding an appointment. They failed to get in touch with me until late Monday afternoon and gave me a 6 hour window. It's quite common to get such a long window with this company! Marc, the tech, arrived and struggled to diagnose the issue for a long time. He replaced a part and did some additional checks, but he missed some crucial preventative upkeep that I expected! And it cost me an arm and a leg. Had this company's crew to my building for a clogged sewer. Justin, Braxton, and Marc just couldn't find the trouble and kept delaying replacing my line. The price was outrageous for an emergency and the sewer was still clogged, my yard remained a mess for several days! This company clearly doesn't put their customers first and your problem becomes a constant headache until they finally decide to take care of it. I wouldn't recommend them for any plumbing, heating, or excavating needs!

We discovered a serious leak in our hot water heater on Saturday morning. We have had experience with this company before and it was terrible. I called them and they informed me that they might come on Saturday but if not, it would be Monday. Marc and Justin arrived on Monday, but they didn't explain all the options properly. They did the install, but failed to keep us updated on the status and left a mess behind. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Justin arrived and it was a complete disaster. He came to follow up on a plug in our main line that had supposedly been cleared but was causing trouble again. However, due to some major miscommunication with the dispatch, he wasn't equipped with the proper tools and was unhelpful and rude, making no effort to problem solve despite lacking the necessary equipment.
