We recently moved and needed a toilet replaced. John Donovan fixed the problem immediately. He is truly trustworthy, professional and skillful at his work! Would highly recommend him if you are looking for qualified EXPERT plumber who is honest, then John would be the one to call. A week ago our pipes froze due to the frigid weather. I called to set up a service appointment to help me with a washer problem. He was great in explaining to me what needed to be done to access the problem, saving me the cost of an on site service call. You don’t find that kind of helpful service from someone anymore and I was very grateful.
Rip off! Came on a Saturday as I had no hot water in the shower and low volume in the shower head. Brought a new cartridge for the shower valve and a new hose and shower head. When installed the new shower head it wouldnt stay in the holder so he put black plastic tape on it to hold it. For this he charged me $555! Then said he couldn’t help with kitchen sink leak or broken garbage disposal. I had to call someone else. Even though his website says he does drains! Nothing but great things to say about John! When my boiler died he came out to my house the same day and presented me with a variety of options at different price ranges. He gave me the information without judgement, and moved forward quickly to install my new boiler. Will 100% be using him again!
John was great to work with to add a gas stove to our home, he took care of all the permits and was right on time and on budget with everything. I would highly recommend John based on the quality of work he does and his knowledge of the trade.
