Dave and Mo went out of their way to help me out over the summer after I had been through the ringer with an AC issue. They knew I had already thrown some money at the problem and were nice enough to give me a bit of a break on the work it took to get them up to speed on the issue. Couldnt figure out a noise/feel in steering. Left it for Mo who figured it out and told me the truth (i put in a bad part during a DIY job). Also gave me a tip on how to do it right/easier myself. Then sent me on my way with ‘good luck’ and charged me nothing for his time. Awesome experience.
Donovan Brothers have been servicing my cars for years. I have gone out of my way to return to them even when I lived in Taunton, Bridgewater, & Medford. They just kinda do everything the proper way: customer service, the price, communication, repairs, etc. I recommend that, if you are in the market for your new, go-to (longterm) car mechanic or need something fixed fully, quickly & at a fair price, look no further.
