I have lived in a Donovan-managed building for over 10 years. It's a very different experience from renting from a large management company: this is a family-run business, with a hands-on owner that is incredibly responsive and invested in maintaining a safe, beautiful property. The building employees do careful, detail-oriented work and are quickly responsive to urgent situations.
I've lived in my apartment for over ten years, and it has been one of the best rental experiences I've had in Chicago. Donovan Properties has a friendly and professional staff, and is quick to respond to all needs. I highly recommend to anyone considering moving to Andersonville!
