My experience with Donor Nexus was wonderful. As a solo Intended Parent, who didn't know anyone else who had been through the process I had many questions and lots of difficult decisions to make. Miranda was so incredibly patient, helpful, and kind with me. She even jumped on extra Zoom calls with me, when I had additional questions. She never rushed me or made me feel like I was burdening her. I would not recommend this place as an intended parent. They may be good for a donor based on those reviews but that's easy- you're not in the vulnerable position that hopeful parents are in. We felt very railroaded and ignored and they did not treat us with kindness or respect. We do NOT recommend Donor Nexus to hopeful parents. The individuals at Donor Nexus started off friendly but their tone changed drastically when we asked questions and began to advocate for ourselves with the support of a great OB and nurses. Of course they may be incredible to the donors, without them they have nothing to market in this very lucrative industry. Amazing working with Donor Nexus. Super flexible and transparent with the process. their communication with me has been outstanding! This was not just a transactional process, but also had empathy - checking in on my health and wellbeing during and after the process. 1000/10 recommend and hope to work with Donor Nexus in the future :)
