I brought my car here after my car was continuing to have issues with rough idling and a problem starting after I had an alternator replaced. I found that this shop was able to do financing which was awesome for someone who doesn't have a lot of cash on hand. I don’t know where to begin. The carelessness and unprofessionalism in this shop is apparent. I took my car in to get a wheel bearing replaced after I heard it making sounds in my cross country trip. They were the only shop open at night in the area when I had noticed the sound. They replaced my IBS sensor, the battery, and did several other repairs all while keeping me informed every step of the way. They always checked with me before doing anything, explained things clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on.
