Jaime and Patrick came to do a huge snow removal for me today. My roof was shoveled, a big job and they made sure it was done very well. My vehicle was stuck in the process and Patrick strapped me up and pulled me out. My driveway was very challenging, but Jamie made the plough happen. These guys are a class act and I will be hiring them for future work.
If this guy cares as little for his customers as he does to the people at the gas station he was oblivious and rude to today in Gravenhurst, I'd stay away.
Experience so frustrating it prompted me to write my first review. Had work started at cottage almost 2 years ago. Still not finished. Paid in full (big mistake). Now can't get phone calls or emails answered. Trying to contact 6 months. I finally gave up.
Called Jamie from Donnlyn to inspect our cottage roof for insurance requirements. He came by the very next day, was very friendly and professional. Trust is critical when dealing with contractors on your home or cottage and Jamie earned our trust. He gave us an honest opinion on the condition of our roof(10 plus years life remaining) and even pointed out the high quality of the work done by the company who had done the previous installation. We will be sure to call Jamie when the time comes for a replacement. Pat & Sharon
