Asked them to forward a parcel that was mistakenly delivered after sending their correct one next day. 3 weeks several phone calls not dispatched so other customer disappointed, our reputation damaged and £60 sale and part lost. Told me posted Friday tracking still says not dropped off a week later.

Second purchase from Donnington, albeit it first was many years ago. Very good customer service from Neil, no pressure at all, no hassle. Bought Honda Jazz for my daughter. Very clean, fresh MOT. Great car. Highly recommend going here. Trusted dealer in the local community, many friends have bought cars here
