Amazing service from the paramedics at Donnington hub. I've since found out that I owe my life to Dean and Amanda who kept working on me for 18 minutes after my sudden Cardiac Arrest. We will never be able to repay you for something that you call routine but which to us is the work of Angels. Thank you sooo much.
My husband Anthony (and myself) really appreciated the quick response and fantastic service we had this week after he collapsed in hotel. Kim and Charis/Carys (not sure of spelling?) looked after us for 6-hours on the ambulance and made sure we were settled in A&E before leaving us. Absolute stars and a real credit to the NHS they were more than willing to help out the crews with other emergencies too. Massive Thank you.
Had to call an ambulance in the early hours of this morning, two lovely crew members arrived, Joshua and Victoria they stayed with for over an hour and were both very professional and caring.
