I am writing to formally raise serious concerns about the continued poor standard of care and service I have experienced at your practice, which has now reached an unacceptable level. I had a telephone appointment scheduled for today at 10:00 AM to discuss blood test results I have been waiting over two weeks for. I needed a proof of address for my daughter. They told me to go online to request it.It takes up to 30 days and there is a charge. When you need a proof of address normally you need it for the next few days not a month. I think Donneybrook need to change this.Anyway,I give 5 stars because Jordan.He help me with the paper in 2 minutes. So,2 minutes job takes up to 30 days normally.
