Tried booking on VRBO due to an unusually good deal (great cost). Called VRBO to make sure it was valid and not a scam. VRBO told me to contact the host. I called this host at least 5x before getting anyone, only to be told that the price was incorrect so I should cancel and rebook. When I asked to speak to the manager to try to resolve the issue, he denied responsibility and directed me back to VRBO. Further, he accused me of trying to take advantage of the wrong price. We stayed in a super cool studio condo *134 bldg C* at Donner Lake Village and had a great experience. The location was perfect—right next to the parking lot and just steps from the beach. The condo had updated amenities, a very comfortable bed, and a nice TV with lots of channels. Everything was convenient and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this specific room and the whole experience at Donner Lake Village overall.
