Appalling customer service. I tried to book a service at VW Eglinton.”tech person asked when would I like to book a…I said next Thursday ? Oh we have nothing available… so I said how about the following Thursday?….oh we have nothing available…. So I asked , when DO you have any availability?…… laughable. Advised 4weeks later was the next available service slot. What should have been the techs first response? Let me see sir, our next available slot is in 4 weeks time…. Grand book me in. Don’t give me the runaround.

Wir kommen aus der Schweiz und reisen über die Insel.Vor 5 Tagen leuchtete bei meinem VW Amarok eine Warnlampe auf . Das Auto lief aber noch problemlos,aber ich wollte wissen was es bedeutet und fuhr zu einer Offiziellen VW Werkstatt , die sagten ich solle zu Donnely in Egliton da die Nutzfahrzeug Speziallisten sind.
