Thanks for attending yesterday 7th February. We thought we needed a new Gas Diverter as the dial was stuck on purple. Turned out moisture got into the dial and froze. they could of easily replaced the valve and charged us £171. Thanks for your honesty
Great service friendly and professional
Awful do not use. Installed two floor to ceiling radiators. Never heated up properly. Donnelly came back and said its my thermostat and needs changing. Paid for that and still no better. Gave up with donnelly and ended up paying a reputable plumber to look at it which cost me an additional £70. Donnelly had installed the raditors back to front. Radiators now work thanks to a different plumber sorting it out.
Used them 4 times so far, once for a faulty boiler diagnosis & repair and 3 times to change leaking pipes: jobs done well.
