It was a 3 week wait to get an appointment for service. The afternoon before my appointment, ford cancelled it stating that there wasn't enough technicians, and it'd be 3 weeks to get another appointment. I now have to look for a local mechanic...any suggestions?
I would avoid this dealership like a plague in the future. Just bought a brand new Escape 2025 in Feb 22 and a month later while placing the all season tires, only to find rust on the frame. I've documented all the rust that I could see at plain eye sight and sent it to them in a pdf only to get a final response that this is how they sell their vehicles "straight off the lot rusted", their response is "this is normal". OMG. I JUST GOT Raped off at Donnelly ford. $300 for oil change on a Ford fusion. I will never go there again. I just found out that what they do. I'm currently working with a sale guy on buying a Lincoln nautilus. But after this service my eyes are opened. And I will never go back there again. I advise everyone to do the same. Regular oil change and a cabin filter can't come up to $300.
