I would avoid this dealership like a plague in the future. Just bought a brand new Escape 2025 in Feb 22 and a month later while placing the all season tires, only to find rust on the frame. I've documented all the rust that I could see at plain eye sight and sent it to them in a pdf only to get a final response that this is how they sell their vehicles "straight off the lot rusted", their response is "this is normal". Did an average job at the repairs. The service advisor was alright. Tried to get a hold of him after the job was done as an issue came up after the work was completed and was hard to get a hold of him. Asked to put back the old parts in the trunk after the work order was done but failed to do so. Also, the dealership constantly spams with you marketing garbage via mail, email, phone calls, texts, etc despite not consenting to them to begin with. Bought my Corsair in March and less than 2500 klm I thought it odd I needed oil change as well as tire rotation and other services totalling more than $250. Why would you rotate tires after less than 2500km and 2 months before the snows go on. My bad for not asking for an explanation of what was to be done but not happy!
